• Account details — your name and email address when you create an account.
• Quiz responses & results — the answers you provide and your resulting dosha (Vata/Pitta/Kapha) breakdown.
• Payment information — handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data — basic technical information such as your browser and interactions, to keep the service working.
To create your account and personalised Ayurvedic reports and meal plans, to send you emails you've asked for, to process subscriptions, and to improve the service.
We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data only with the providers that run the service: Stripe (payments), Brevo (email delivery), Supabase (database & login), Anthropic (AI recipe & plan generation), and Netlify (hosting). Each processes data only to provide their part of the service.
We use your browser's local storage to keep you logged in and to cache recipes so pages load faster. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. We use industry-standard measures to protect it, though no method of transmission is 100% secure.
vediclifes.com is operated from Florida, United States, and your data is processed in the United States. If you access the service from outside the U.S., you consent to your data being transferred to and processed there.
You can access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time — just contact us and we'll help. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message.
This service is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We offer a dosha quiz, constitution reports, and — for paid subscribers — personalised weekly meal plans, recipes, AI-assisted recipe generation, and related wellness guidance. Some content is generated automatically using artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate or incomplete.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any information, recipe, or plan is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your particular needs. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service — including features, content, and plans — at any time without liability. Certain functions rely on third-party providers (such as Stripe, Supabase, Brevo, Anthropic, and Netlify) that are governed by their own terms and are outside our control.
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when signing up.
• Paid plans (Essential and Premium) are billed monthly or annually through Stripe.
• Paid plans include a 7-day free trial; you won't be charged until the trial ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds: all payments are final and non-refundable. Because every paid plan includes a 7-day free trial, you can evaluate the service before you're charged. Cancelling stops future billing, and you keep access through the period you've already paid for.
• Prices may change; we'll notify you before any change affects you.
Don't misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or resell or copy our content without permission.
All content on vediclifes.com is owned by us or our licensors and is provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and any warranties arising from a course of dealing or usage of trade.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
