Green Citrus Tea
Green Citrus Tea is good for calming effect on mind, body and emotions. It is effective when you are feeling worried, restless or overwhelmed and when the weather is cold and dry. It is beneficial especially for Vata and in moderation for Kapha constitution people.
Spices are great flavor-enhancers and have therapeutic properties as well.
How to prepare: Add 1/4th of a teaspoon of Vata tea to 12 fluid Oz of boiling water and let it sit for 3-4 minutes. Drink hot for better results.
